Order Cancellation Policy

Each Chic Chiffon product is made to order based on the customer’s selected design and personalization details. Order processing begins shortly after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing an order. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee cancellations requested after the 6-hour window because the order may already have entered production. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Cancellation Fee

Approved cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the total amount paid. This fee covers non-refundable costs incurred after an order is placed, including:

Payment processing and transaction charges
Administrative and order-handling expenses
Production preparation and fulfillment allocation

After the cancellation fee has been deducted, the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
